St Lawrence & Associates has a strong record in assisting public agencies and not for profit organisations develop service and project models that are appropriate for the service or project aims, the target group and the community in which it will operate.

We can assist you in developing the concept and in implementing it through a pilot project, or by consulting with stakeholders to determine the needs of the target group and the parameters within which the service or project will be developed to ensure it fits the community.

In some cases a feasibility study may be preferred to determine the need, the anticipated demand or use of a service model or range of service types and the resources required to provide an effective service model.

At all times culturally appropriate consultation will be developed with the service or project team to ensure the best approach to encourage participation by the community to be served.
